The only problem is that not everyone would want to draw on a metal surface. Wooden drafting tables are actually the more preferable choice by most people.
For a professional designer (fashion, buildings, houses), a drafting table must be like a favorite item; something that you can bring along all the time. It should be portable and easy to put away to avoid damaging it. A drafting table is very useful for professional designers because it makes their job easier and more comfortable.

Drafting tables are the perfect choice if you’re looking for something to do just that. Though some may come expensive, there are still a lot of tables out there which offer the same benefits for a cheaper price. As long as it could serve its purpose, then that would be a great investment!
