Mailing your important documents depend greatly on the quality of the envelope you use. There are many envelopes available for mailing purposes but the brown envelope is a good choice for some mailings. Businesses often use brown envelopes to make documents that should not be folded. With the large size and easy to seal flap, a brown envelope works nicely in business situations. Also, brown mailing envelopes are fairly inexpensive, with an average cost per envelope of 15-25 cents per envelope. Most companies offer bulk pricing, which is efficient and cost-effective for those businesses and individuals that use a large amount of brown envelopes in their daily transactions.
Brown envelopes serve many purposes. Obviously, mailing is one of the main purposes for brown paper envelopes. However, there are other uses that one may not consider when first purchasing a brown kraft envelope. Take, for example, some household uses for these. One may need a container for items such as paper clips, bills, coupons, or other small paper or light objects. Brown clasp envelopes are perfect for these items because they are large enough to contain a fairly large number of items and they seal to prevent items from falling out or being lost. Another wonderful use for brown envelopes is to hold toys and children’s items such as puzzles, coloring pages, and school work. How many times have children said, “I know I had it when I left for school but somehow I lost it when I got there!” If they had put it in a brown sealed envelope, the homework or classroom paperwork would arrive safely at the classroom with no problem!
These have been used for many years. The best way to use a brown square envelope is to carefully place the items in the envelope, seal the flap completely with no openings or tears, and write or place the label on the envelope before items are placed in the envelope to prevent tearing or damage.
Envelopes are also a good investment for occasional use. With a reseable flap, They rarely are disposed of for being too old or not able to be used anymore. They can be used over several years if they are housed in a dry place. Easy to store, they stack neatly on a shelf or in a drawer. They have so many purposes that there are many reasons to have them around in your household or business.
